Resources
Guidance for navigating food, community and environment to Feed Your Health.
Good for All of Us
As we feed our own health, and that of our immediate family, friends and community, things start to change. It’s a journey that can take a variety of turns, and is unique for each of us. These Resources have been gathered through personal experience and are intended to be suggestions or potential inspiration for your own health journey. Food, community and environment are inherently connected. The Resources below illustrate that reality.

Refillable/Waste-Reducing Organizations
Refillable/Waste-Reducing Organizations support a healthier approach to home and personal care supplies, while also reducing waste. These stores often serve as a community site for hard-to-recycle items. Check with the store specifically for the items they accept for recycling.

Support Farms that Support Health
Support farms and organizations that care about food ways, people, and the earth.
Over the years, I’ve supported and partnered with a growing list of farms and organizations with shared values in local, regenerative, healthy, and accessible food.
I recommend considering:
who grows or produces your food?
how and where it is grown or raised?
what impacts the availability of the food you eat?
Reflecting on these questions can be a path to fostering a deeper sense of community, being more connected with the land and the story behind your food.
And if you’re interested in getting to know a farmer or food producer, check out these farms or a farm near you!
