Experiential Classes
Hands-on classes for anyone who eats food.
Learn Simple, Nourishing Food & Health Skills
When it comes to preparing nourishing, delicious, affordable food, many people struggle to navigate a complex food environment and balance the realities of time and cost. Often we know what to eat, or what we want to eat, but lack the time, skills, support and/or confidence to put this knowledge into practice.
The good news is that food skills — such as meal planning, budgeting, cooking, food preservation, or how to find quality, nourishing ingredients — can be learned.
Beyond food skills, other health skills can also have a huge impact on our health.
Like any skill, what we practice grows stronger and easier.
Feed Your Health classes are for people in groups of 2 or more, in all kinds of places: homes, clinics, senior centers, wellness spaces, farms, schools, community organizations, and online. Experiential classes typically range between 30 and 90 minutes.
