Through 15 years in healthcare organizations and academic centers, international medical experiences, organic farming education, and opportunities to innovate within systems, I have developed unique perspectives that have proven valuable to patients, students, colleagues and friends/family. Building on my training as a medical doctor, Integrative Medicine fellowship and additional study in nutrition, I offer evidence-informed guidance and education focused on promoting health through manageable changes in food, lifestyle and environment.

Consultations are available for individuals and/or small groups/families seeking to improve their health, as well as organizations of any kind who are looking for ways to improve health promotion, patient-centered care, and employee/team wellbeing.


Individuals, Small Groups & Families

  • Kitchen Consult ($150)
    One 90-minute session to support food skills, ease of food preparation and a sense of greater satisfaction with you/your family’s food experience. Pre-session preparation expected (30-60 minutes).

  • Kitchen Consult Series ($100-150/additional session)
    Building on the initial Kitchen Consult, add additional 60-90 minute sessions to hone food skills, support kitchen work flows, improve efficiency and expand your tool kit.

  • Anti-inflammatory Foundations ($300)
    Learn anti-inflammatory eating principles, identify sources of inflammation in your kitchen/home environment and build health skills through this knowledge. 2-3 sessions, 60-90 minutes each. Pre-session preparation expected (30-60 minutes).

  • Grocery Guidance ($100)
    Learn tips and tricks to reduce the overwhelm while saving time and money at the grocery store. One 60-minute session with pre-session preparation expected (30-60 minutes).

  • Presentations & Workshops
    Grand rounds or educational presentations on food, food systems and nutrition in clinical care, environment-health relationships, integrative medicine and Group Medical Visits.

  • Workplace Consultations
    Practical recommendations to improve the health of your clinic’s food system, i.e. improved nutritional quality, local sourcing, reducing food waste, plastic alternatives, improving vending machine options, employee wellness, etc. 

  • Continuing Education
    Customized health-focused continuing education seminars including hands-on cooking, discussion of food/food systems and nutrition material as it relates to patient care (see Food Matters for Health Professionals link)

  • Group Medical Visit Consulting
    Support for planning, implementation (including documentation and billing), evaluation of Group Medical Visit programs for any size healthcare organization.
